Highly trained and competent staff
Our care workers have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide outstanding services. The Manager has the necessary qualifications and experience to manage staff, oversee care provision, and ensure compliance with regulations. We also provide staff for mental health and general hospital settings, residential and nursing homes.
Mental Health
We supply staff members that are capable of working with persons who portrays mental health issues. Particularly, our staff will be providing emotional support to service users who are experiencing anxiety, depression or other mental health issues offering them reassurance and encouragement. The staff will also be assisting with medication management ensuring that they take the medication as prescribed and support them also with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing and meal preparations.
Hospital Settings
We also supply staff who will be working in general hospital settings to offer psychosocial support to patients by interacting with them, assist with assessment requirements, development of treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals like psychiatrists, GP or hospitals to provide holistic care.
Residential and Nursing Homes
Staff will also be supplied to work in residential care homes and they have a range of responsibilities related to the care of residents. Staff will assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, administration of medication to service users, monitor for side effects, and adjust dosages as needed. They will also be working with residents and healthcare professionals to manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes or hypertension. Staff will also be organising and facilitating social and recreational activities for residents, promoting socialisation and engagement. The staff will also be monitoring the environment to ensure that residents are safe and secure, and respond to emergencies as needed.
